These properties comprise of 3 blocks of vacant land around 50 hectares each, a house on 3 acres, a house on 20 hectares with frontage to the Albert River and lastly 193 hectares of prime river flats with irrigation licences, houses and sheds.

This was the first stage of a 3 stage process in 2018.
